With my broad and long experience in analyzing plant needs of customers, selecting processes, designing concepts and layouts, running projects and implementing plants, I will be a valuable resource in your process.
I will be a sparring partner in the phases from start to finish, or in partial phases. From the definition of facilities and processes and on through the offer assessment, the project phase and finally through construction and commissioning.
Resource optimizing
I step into the whole – or parts of – the project and can release internal resources, so that your own project managers have time for their core tasks.
Time must be spent on specifications, reconciliation of expectations for mechanical and electrical interfaces, and coordination between schedules. Everything must be agreed on and coordinated – and preferably before the order is placed.
A time challenge most often comes into play. The time frame from the investment being considered until the plant is in production can span over a longer period of up to 18-24 months. Without external help and support, the resource drain on the organization will be extra-large and pose a challenge for most.
Facilitation
Through my extensive knowledge of suppliers and products, I can help facilitate a good collaboration throughout the entire project process.
Project planning and construction of surface treatment plants includes many suppliers, and often more than 10 throughout the total project time. In order to get all stakeholders to play together, knowledge, experience and, not least, time and planning are required.
The vast majority of suppliers of lines, equipment and consumables are really skilled and good to spar with, but they will also have a number of questions that you must be ready to answer and deal with.

Project management
Project meetings and follow-up are time-consuming for your internal resources. I participate in these meetings, follow up and coordinate deliveries from the suppliers.
I am your sparring partner and additional resource in each of the many phases of the plant’s creation. Phases that all require attention and decisions, and where especially follow-up almost always takes longer than you think.
